The location of our vineyards was chosen because of the special characteristics of each terroir. This allows to obtain the best potential of each variety for the highest expression on the wines obtained.
The manual harvest of our vines is organized considering the optimal point of ripeness, determined by tasting, searching for physiologic maturity, broad and sweet tannins, and aromas.
